At Zomazo, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality homemade products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Checking Products Upon Delivery:
- Customers are required to inspect the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it.
- If any issues are found, the customer must immediately inform the delivery person.
- The delivery person will return the product to us if a problem is reported.
2. Replacement Process:
- Once the product is returned to us, we will inspect it and resolve the issue.
- A replacement product will be handed over to the customer as soon as possible.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds are generally not offered unless the replacement product cannot be provided.
- In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
